How to apply for a loan from Creditstar

Our online application takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Once approved, we typically transfer the funds to your account within 30 minutes.

New customers

All new customers are required to complete the process below. To apply for a loan, you must:

1. Choose the amount you wish to borrow

First time customers can borrow up to £5000 and pay it back between 6 to 18 months. To make sure you pay back the loan on time, you can choose a suitable monthly repayment date (i.e. the day you get paid).

2. Complete the short registration form

The first part of the registration process asks you to provide basic data in order to create an account. When submitting the form, make sure you read through and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

3. Complete the loan application

Next, we ask you to provide personal and financial information as well as bank details. This information is required as it helps identify you and run the necessary credit checks. You can be rest assured that your data is safe and secure.

4. Confirm the application

Once you have submitted the application, it will be reviewed. As a responsible lender, we perform credit checks on all applications and in some cases, a representative might contact you to confirm your details, so that we can make the right decision.

Application approved

Once the application has been approved, we will transfer the funds to your account. We typically transfer the funds within 30 minutes of approving the loan.

Existing customers

Depending on your client status, returning customers can apply for higher loan limits. To apply for a new loan, you must:

1. Choose the amount you wish to borrow

Log in to your account and apply for a new loan. Choose the amount you want to borrow, the loan period and the repayment date. That’s it. Please note that you need to make sure you have cleared any existing loan obligations before you apply for a new loan.

2. Confirm the application

Your loan application will be reviewed just like the first application and in some cases, a representative might contact you to confirm your details. As a responsible lender, Creditsrar does not guarantee instant approval, even if you have successfully used our service before.

Application approved

Once the application has been approved, we will transfer the funds to your account. We typically transfer the funds within 30 minutes of approving the loan.

Repayments

Loan repayments are collected automatically and will be taken based on the payment date you selected during the loan application process.

To collect repayments, we use Continuous Payment Authority, which means that we take the repayment amount directly from your registered debit card.

If you haven’t registered a debit card, then you must make the payment by bank transfer.

To make sure you do not miss the repayment date, we will contact you by SMS and email 3 days before the payment is due.
